Having Some Connection Issues Need Help Please!

Hello everyone. I recently moved and unplugged the MyCloud from my old house and ISP. My new place uses Comcast and when I plugged in everything my computer doesn’t see the MyCloud. I have everything connected to a switch same as before. If i unplug the internet ethernet cable the MyCloud will register its not connected and give me a Red LED, When i plug the internet ethernet cable back in it goes blue. That tells me it is connected or at least knows when it goes offline. When I log into my comc…
