I have a MBLD on a iMAC
Model WDBVHT0040JHC
It recently stopped showing up on the my network.
Now I see there were some security issues and a time limited offer for help from WD.
I can not load the dashboard. I connected the MBLD directly to my iMAC and do not see MBLD.
Are there any options to get the data off my MBLD wihout using a data recovery service?
How would I know if my device was compromised in any way during the security breach?
Am I crazy to think that if the drives are still working I should be able to access the drives directly in some way??
