Accessing My Cloud Mirror issue... HELP!

I cannot access my drive via Finder on my iMac or any of the software I use. I was able to see and access everything prior to El Capitan update.

I can connect direct to the router and then see everything on my drive.

I have tried both the 4 sec and 40 sec reset procedure but no difference.

Can anyone help as I need to have direct access urgently to my content.

Have you tried manually mapping the drive on the mac to see if this helps? Perhaps also setting a static ip also could help.

Unfortunately neither of these things I know enough about to do.

On this case i recommend contacting support for further assistance on this issue:

Try connecting using cifs or afp. smb on the latest El Captain has issues.
