I have a WD My Cloud which I access through finder on the Mac. Two other people need to access it simultaneously, both using windows laptops.
One of them poses no issue - they connect, I connect, everyone is happy.
The other one (the newer laptop), is causing a major issue. Whenever that computer is on and accessing the My Cloud, my connection is broken and the Mac cannot map the server. I can’t get on at all.
This is an impossible situation - anyone go any ideas about how to fix it?
