I can connect my PC but not my mac to MyCloud

Hi everyone,
I am having a weird issue with myCloud, I am not able to connect it from macbook air but I can using my laptop pc win7. I have contacted Apple support but after running several tests, pings, removing passwords from the keychain, reboot, etc, and nothing!! Apple support has pointed that even a format would not work!
Anyone can provide any clue?

Can you access the My Cloud on the Mac via the My Cloud IP address? Have you tried connecting to the My Cloud on the Mac using Finder via one of the methods below?

Yes!
I have tried using Chrome and Safari the IP address, and then using Finder these 3 methods and also with the IP and nothing!
