After moving mycloud no longer works

So I just moved a week ago and when I tried to hook up my mycloud to the new router it won’t turn on and just gives me a blinking white light. I’ve tried different network cables, plugging it into a different port on the router and I’ve even hooked it up to my old router and none of that worked. The only thing that has worked is plugging an Ethernet cable into a usb adapter and then directly into the computer and I was able to get to the dashboard and check the firmware and diagnostics and it all said that it was fine and I was also able to see my files. I just wanted to see if there was anything else someone could suggest other than restoring it to factory settings because I would like to make that a last resort.

When you connected it to your computer, what did the front panel LED show?

How did just shut it down when packing it away?

How long did you leave it to boot when you set it up again?

What firmware is it running?

When I moved it I honestly just unplugged everything because I was in a rush. When I put it back together once I moved it I left it powered on for over 24 hours but when I did check the firmware when I connected it and it did say up to date and at one point the panel on it did go to blue like it normally does.
