After reset - cannot login through mycloud online or find wycloud.local

Hi all,

I’ve looked through the knowledge base and guidance but can’t find an answer to this.

I’ve performed a 40 second reset my mycloud drive, and now cannot access the dashboard (I’m on a mac using http://wdmycloud.local which results in a ‘This site can’t be reached’ error). My mycloud account cannot find my NAS drive either.

However, I can mount the drives on my mac using smb.

Any ideas on how to get access to the dashboard?
