Hi ive seen people talking about installing apps onto there my cloud but I dont seem to have a ption for this in my dashboard am I missing something or do only certain my clouds support this Thanks Cruse

Hi and welcome to the WD community.

Which WD My Cloud model do you have? The models that feature apps on the dashboard are the My Cloud mirror, EX2 and EX4 right now.

are there any known plans to bring apps to the standard mycloud?

I don’t see much of a difference between mycloud and mycloud mirror, so it should be feasible…

I hope that I not (again) ended up with a system which is getting reduced feature set.
