I cannot use WD Drive utilities and WD Security. I always have the message “Attach a supported WD drive”
I have 3 different My Cloud Home units and several Mac’s and PC’s

I just purchased a 4TB My Cloud Home today and am also experiencing the exact same issue on Mac 10.15.7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the correct version and at least 3 times and get that same error.
!I purchased one last week and from what i can tell none of that software works properly with it. The backup one only seems to sync with dropbox. If i had wanted to sync to dropbox, i would have just purchased dropbox over this drive
