I downloaded the MyCloud app onto my Iphone. In the app settings, I turned on the Auto Back Up of Photos and Videos and designated location folder into which these should be updated and set (through my PC) a time to do the auto backup. That time came and went, and my new photos and videos didn’t get placed on the WD Cloud. What am I doing wrong ?
You set “what” through your PC?
If you are talking about setting a backup schedule in the Safepoint backup feature within the My Cloud Dashboard, that is for backing up the My Cloud unit to a external USB hard drive attached to the My Cloud or to another location on the local network.
