I currently have my files on a the My Drive. However this is my only reliable copy of many of these files. What would you recommend as the best way to back up the My Drive files. Thank you.
What is a My Drive? or do you mean My Cloud?
You “Backup” or “Safepoint” your My Cloud to another My Cloud, another NAS, or USB Drive. You can use the WD utility within your dashboard or SSH into the My Cloud to use rsync or 3rd party software. The choice will depend on your needs and your comfortability with Linux or Windows or Mac.
