Backup from Dropbox to EX2 doesn't seem to backup ALL files

Hello

I’m having persistent issues in trying to backup FROM Dropbox TO the EX2. It simply doesn’t ever seem to find all my files! It runs a backup but never backs up everthing, stopping at about 16,000 files and 20GB (I have more like 35,000 files an 55GB used on Dropbox).

I’ve tried both available MyCloud Backup options, the File backup (selecting all folders) and the Category backup (selecting all Categories), but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? It is almost as if MyCloud can’t ‘see’ all the files (although they are clearly visible and accessible in Dropbox itself, via Windows Explorer)

Just to clarify, on this case, are you using the application that is located on the dashboard if the unit, or the WD Smartware software?

The dashboard ‘backup’ app didn’t seem to offer the option to back up Dropbox to EX2, so I’m using the WD Smartware software instead
