Bad quality photos in OS5 Mobile App

Good evening.

About 2 months ago I bought a My Cloud EX2 Ultra.
I think I understand the basic function now, I have not used the more complicated functions yet.
Today I updated to OS5. If I now access the photos via the mobile app, the quality of the photo is very poor. This was previously also the case with OS 3, but then I could still click the “HD” function, after which the quality of the photo improved, but now that is not possible with OS 5. How should that continue? Because the quality of the photos is really bad now.

@d_yurdakul Can you please contact customer support with your My Cloud system logs and screenshots of your blurry image experience?

I also have the EXT2 ULTRA and I have the same problem with the quality of the photos.
Furthermore, the photos after synchronization are categorized with the Sync date instead of using the creation date (exif data), making the list of photos unusable and untrue.
Please solve these problems otherwise I will have to change nas.

Problem FIXED ( by itself)!
More background to the problem: I had updated to the latest firmware. Updated to the latest mobile app version. For about a day the status in the app ( for some folders) was Indexing. Eventually it had fished “indexing”… but I still had the problem. The fix was to wait… about another 24 hours. The low quality images gradually increased resolution. It’s now perfect for me.
Thank you WD for the much quicker ( and better overall) mobile app experience ( OS5 ). I now feel comfortable recommending this to others.
