Hi, New here… Need help. (Don’t know if I have chosen the correct category!) I gave up with my WD Cloud about a year ago, as after being connected and working absolutely fine, I noticed the blue light constantly flashed, and could no longer see it on my network, or log into it on My Cloud online. Thought I world get it out to try, and I have the same problem. Tried holding the reset button for 40 sec (hoping I wouldn’t lose all my stuff) but again, nothing. Can anyone help with an idiots guide on what to do, thank you
