Hi since the last OS 5 update my Bose Soundtouch is showing my NAS as asleep and I have to reboot my NAS everytimeI want to access my music on my NAS. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

One troubleshooting step, if you haven’t done it already, is to go through the Bose Soundtouch setup procedure to accessing a local network media storage device and reselect the My Cloud. If one previously was using Twonky Media Server on an OS3 My Cloud to stream media one may have to install the Twonky app to their OS5 My Cloud since Twonky isn’t part of OS5 like it is with OS3 (v2.x and older v4.x firmware).
