No access to Sonos or TV after update

Hi,
I updated my WD My Cloud 2 Tb NAS to FW:5.15.106 last week.

Since the update I am no longer able to access the drive on my Sonos or my TV.
Both worked fine prior to the update.

The NAS was running OS2 and has been trouble free for 4/5 years.
I can still access the drive on W10 and access the admin web pages.

I’ve tried uninstalling Sonos and using the guides supplied by their help to no avail.
Could it be the having to put in a password, it’s been ages since I set the Sonos up but I can’t remember putting in a user/password?

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

Failing that, is rolling back to OS2/3 an option or am I stuffed?

Thanks in advance, Colin

Think I now have Sonos back by enabling SMB 1, 2, and 3 in the network settings, just waiting on the library indexing but it is playing one of my NAS playlists.

TV still goosed but hey ho, you live and learn I suppose, if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it haha

If your My Cloud is showing on your network and you can use it on other devices, then it should work on your TV. Have you shut down your TV and then rebooted it to see if your My Cloud shows?

My, My Cloud updated yesterday so I’ll check my Sony Smart TV to see if my 2nd generation My Cloud is available.

Just checked my Sony TV and My Cloud is working.

Have you checked twonky to see what devices it is showing? See example image below. Click on, tap, or activate image to enlarge it.

It’s just weird as I can see all the photos, songs and videos on the TV when I browse.
It’s only when I try and play/view any of them it just displays a messages “Playback not Available” or “File Could not be Found”

It all worked fine on OS2.

Can you install a different media server or is it Twonky or nothing?
