I checked the serial number on the box and the my book live drive and they are the same. The box say it was a 3TB my book live. I bought it a week ago. But today I just check and it only say 1.8. Not 3TB. Anyone know what should I do. I bought them on http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ and they are closed today til sunday. So can’t get any help from them.
Anyone have this problem before?? Anything I can do to check to make sure, refresh buttons or something?? Any sugession?
