Hi

Had my 3b my cloud for about two weeks and I’m finally getting round to adding content - slowly but surely. This last couple of days, while trying to use my Apple TV, I have had issues with broadband speed, with Apple TV taking ages to load. Noticed that browsing on my MacBook has taken an age to load pages too. My iMac, which is connected by ethernet to the router, has also been slow when using the web, so I decided to unplug everything from the router bar the iMac. Instantly, my speed shot back to 50mbs - which is what I always get. Plugging things back into the router one by one has shown that the My Cloud is slowing my speeds down to 1mbs!!

Please can someone help me with this issue. It is definitely the My Cloud that’s causing this.
