Camera upload not working on android My Cloud app

Hi All

I have downloaded the Android My Cloud app to my Sumsung Galaxy S5.

I went into ‘Settings’ and then into ‘Back up options’ and selected the tick box for Camera back up.

Unfortunately, it’s not working at all.

Has anyone come up against this issue? Is there a fix? Thanks!!!

Hello, do you receive an error message, are you able yo upload information manually to the WD My Cloud using the application?

Hey!

No, no error message - nothing happens at all.

I can manually take a file and move it from my android phone to the My Cloud - just tried it with a small file and it worked.

Thanks for your help.

Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, plus restarting, etc. Still no luck.
