Hi Gents, i have MBL and was able to create and map drive under w7/w10 with movies or pictures etc…all was working fine until few days ago and now when i want to access shared drive it asks me for user name / password…i have tried all possibile combinations and i am not able to enter drive…also was trying to map drive via net use command and still the same it ask me for credentials. point is that i want to download some stuff to my pc which i have only on MBL but can not access it…when i use android app i can see and browse trough drive…same is when i access it via IP over browser…what can i try to re -map drives and enter them since this is crazy…i have tried on few pc and various systems so it must be some drive issue with credentials…also i have created few user , admin with and without password but same issue?

Probably easiest thing to do is log into the Web dashboard and (re)set the password for the user(s) in question.

well i saw some of your topics in 2013 and 2014 and people had same issues…i have tried to reset passwords, put blank passwords, create new users and nothing helps…whenever i want to map drive or access MBL via \IP or \FQDNS it ask me for user name and password.
via wd2go i can access device and download what i want, but this is crazy that i can not map drive to my pc, even tough i am admin and i created all the shares and users on the drive…

sorry i did not posted this earlier…i have reconfigured my WD drive and now i have access??? strange…
will keep an eye on it and inform you if i have again some issues.
