Using wD2GO.com; After signing in to my MY LIVE BOOK through wd2go.com, using my WIN 7 Computer, I can’t get beyond the first screen, which just says: " Shares (8), " but I can not access any of the shares (which are also not listed)…just shows that I have 8 Shares. ?? Only thing I can do after signing into wd2go, where it says I have 8 shares is to sign out. That’s the only link that works or does anything.
I have renamed the : “admin” share to something other than admin, and all or MOST shares have a password associated with them per the WD knowledge base suggestion. All shares are accessible using the iPhone app, and via WD’s "My Cloud, and the drive accessible from Windows Explorer … so drive and connectivity seem to be OK. Just can’t get to anything through wd2go.com even after I get pass the sign in screens. Please advise me. Thank You
