Cannot connect to 4TB My Cloud

I have had this problem on and off ever since I bought My Cloud but now I really need to rely on it where I cannot connect to my My Cloud even over the local network on computers where it was working fine earlier in the day. Is there something I can do to fix this?

This has been covered before on the forums, but you might want to try to set an static IP address on the drive and creating a rule on the router to reserve the IP of the My Cloud.
