Cannot transfer files to WD My Cloud

Hi, 

I have file that I wish to transfer to my 3 Tb WD My Cloud. However, when I attempt to transfer this file to the My Cloud, it will fail. This is despite editing the registry as advised on the WD website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2668751  I do not have problems with extremely small files. When I use the WD MyCloud client, the number of megabytes transferring will decrease unexpectedly. If I attempt to transfer it via the File Explorer, it will refuse to start in the first place and give an, “Interrupted Action” dialogue box. It also gives the error code, 0x8007003B. I am connected to the MyCloud wirelessly. Please advise on how to fix this issue.

Just to clarify is this happening remotely or locally connected to the device? You can try to reset the device to see if this helpos out, here is a link that might help with the process:
