Can't access via web portal

Hello, I just got a new EX2 ultra. I am not able to log in from web portal. It keeps asking me to “1. Make sure your device is powered on and connected to a network with Internet access.
2. Update the My Cloud firmware. You’ll need to do this from the device dashboard (web interface) under Settings.”

I am sure I did both. I can log in the dashboard by using IP address. I don’t know why the log in through the portal failed again and again.

Second, one first must ensure they have Remote Access/Cloud Access within the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings section enabled and that it indicates a connection. In certain rare cases one’s broadband provider may block the default ports used by the My Cloud. If this is the case a user will need to change the Cloud Access setting from automatic to manual. The My Cloud User Manual for your device will have more information about the various settings in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings page including how to enable Cloud Access/Remote Access.
