Can't open files on Macbook

I can’t open files from MyCloud at my Macbook. I get the message that the filename isn’t right and when I want to save files it says that the HD is full. At a Windows Computer I haven’t got these problems and with my Macbook I can also open the files that are put whit the Windows computer on the MyCloud. What is the reason that MyCloud doesn’t work with on My Macbook? Did I’ve done some wrong installation?
