Please help, I have My Cloud installed on my windows computer (I am a Windows based user) and setup my MacBook to enable me to move files from my laptop to My Cloud from various locations why away from home. I tested this possibly before leaving home. I have important files, which I must be moved and retrieved. Unfortunately, I am unable to access My Cloud on this MacBook.
Please provide me with detailed directions on what needs to be done by me on this MacBook to allow me to move files to My Cloud for back up.
