Can't remote upload large 2 GB file

Using wd2go.com and using Windows Explorer on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, I can remotely upload small files to my cloud, but whenever I try to upload 2 GB mp4 files, the copy runs for hours (8 hours two different attempts) and never finishes.  I have to cancel the copy.  Speedtest.net shows I have minimum 2 mbps upload on sending side and 20 mbps download on receiving and Windows performance monitor shows network activity at 2 mbps, so it should take about 2 hours.

I am not using any application on windows 7. I go to wd2go.com which uses Java to map my wd share to a windows drive letter. I then use windows explorer to copy the file from a local desktop folder to drive mapped to wd my cloud. Copy progress bar quickly goes to near complete but never completes even after 24 hours. Leaves a file of size zero on wd my cloud device. Probably a problem with webdav protocol. If I use an ftp client on windows 7 then I can copy the same large file successfully. WD needs to work with Microsoft to fix for average windows users who aren’t familiar with ftp clients and who want to use windows file sync programs like synctoys.

Its a limitation of the webclient on Windows 7.  Try this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2668751

I have exactly the same fault. Large files quickly transfer until they get almost to the end and freeze up. I need a simple method as that is one of the reasons I purchased this product due to the simple use.
