Hi
I have two computers and WDCloud in my home Wi-Fi network based on wi-fi netis router.
One pc is with Windows 7 and the other is with Windows 10 Pro workstation .
I have WD Cloud app ver 1.0.7.17 installed on both machines , and the software find MyCloud and I can see the files from both computers.
The problem is I cant see the files in explorer on windows 10 computer.
I’ve tried everything and there it is always the same error 0x80070035.
I have windows deffender off, and i have no any other firewall or antivirus software , cause the windows 10 comp is new.
The windows 10 computer is seen from other comps and I can connect with it from the oter pc, but the windows 10 computer can’t connect to any devices via explorer.
Support for SMB 1.0/CIFS files is ON
What can be the reason?

Try Network settings go into Status menu and look for Network Reset try this it worked for me on 2 machines that had same problem
