I did the extended test and actually found bad sectors but its was uncapable to repair them. What how should I proceed?

Can you please install hard disk sentinel?

If you receive that error, i think its time for an RMA but see the smart status in that program just to be sure

IMHO I would not put the data at risk, if bad sectors were detected you should have the drive replaced.
