HI, I have a WD My Cloud 2 TB Device. Recently i changed by Wifi Router & am unable to connect back to WD My Cloud Device. I have already tried the 4 second resent & also the 40 second reset, however there is no change… The white light keeps on blinking.
Please help to resolve.

When you changed your router did you give the new one the same name as your old one had and the bands 2.4 and 5 the same user names and passwords. If you did, everything on your network should have reconnected without any problems.
If you changed all names and passwords then all devices have to be signed back in and probably have different addresses.
