My Cloud Home suddenly lost connection and not recognized on the network. Support said the first thing to try is to reboot using the app. However, under Current Storage the cloud is grayed-out. What now???

In such cases, I always contact support before it’s too late.
I too my disk inaccessible with same issue, couple of days back it was works fine, suddenly my device goes offline. Internet is perfectly working.
Having the same problem right now aswell. My Cloud Home, bought 4 days ago… not just suddenly went offline…
Customer care is worst, while talking after few seconds it goes to mute or not able to hear anything…
