Content scan

Hi.

I bought a My WD my cloud and for days it doesn’t stop working. It’s allways spinning.

I checked all configurations and i think the problem as to do with content scan.

On “content scan” square says “scanning” or sometimes “idle”.

But when i check if in fact it is scanning it is always in the same spot, that is, it’s always with the same percentage and doesn’t move on… even hours later.

Is it possible to “reboot” the content scan or making it work properly? Otherwise the NAS gets very slow.
