WD My Cloud Drive never goes to sleep

I have a 3TB WD My Cloud, and the drive never goes to Sleep.

I already switched off media serving on all shares, disabled NTP, disabled DLNA media server. Cloud access is on, but there are no devices using remote sync or anything like that, content scan is IDLE, and I dont have WD quikview active or installed. Have already rebooted the drive, did a quickscan, but still no Drive Sleep. Latest firmware is installed.

I can feel the drive every one or two seconds and the led stays blue, no pulsing or whatsoever.

Check the community for solutions and/or tips, but none of them seems to work.

I have more than 1TB data on the drive so I dont want to do a factory reset for now.

What else can I do or try to let this drive go to sleep.

Content Scan may be idle, but it’s probably still transcoding media thumbnails or whatnot for remote access.

Log in via SSH and execute the “top” command and see what it’s doing.

The process Convert is on top, using cpu between 20 and 90%

After logging in via SSH, I see WDphotodbmerger for a couple of seconds using high cpu, but after that it is Convert on top.

Yep… That’s the one.

Cool thanx, now I know where to look, have to wait till its done.
