Data Move from 1 MyCloud Mirror to another

Hi all… I have the MyCloud Mirror 8tb with Raid 1 on it giving me a 4tb redundant system. A couple of days back I received an error on my notifications that the internal fan was not working. I called WD support and they shipped me out a new unit. Now I am copying from 1 system to another system and it’s painstakingly slow.

Is there a more efficient way to accomplish moving my data to the new drive?

Hi,

You can insert the hard drives in the old enclosure into the new enclosure. When the new My Cloud Mirror reboots, the RAID will start rebuilding, once the process is completed you should be able to access all your data.
