Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred

I have a MYCloudEX2 that I am trying to move all data from it to a MYCloudEX2 Ultra to upgrade because of the dropping of support for OS3 in the coming months. I have windows 10 and I’m using Windows Explorer to do the transfers. Tried other file handlers too. I keep getting this error, “Error 0x8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred”. I then have to skip that file and it will continue till it hits another one, could go 100 files or more or just one to the next error. All info on the web did not help. Tried turning off firewall and all virus protection, nothing. I have both drive plugged right into the router, which is the Verizon G3100. Nothing. The files that it does fail on I have tried to move them to others drives on my system one at a time and I still get the same error. Its like they are corrupted, but any AVI files will play from the drive and doc file will open from the drive. Also if I try to download the files from another computer over the internet, they will also fail, but no specific error is listed. This is making the transfer a nightmare. Have to babysit the whole process and I do need to get those files off of this drive. It is set up as a spanned 6TB drive using 2 3TB drives. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi! Just a note, file size does not matter, can be as small as 100k to 9GB.
