After the last firmware upgrade, I cannot transfer files from my WD MyCloud EX2 Ultra because really slow speed (355KB/s) and “0X8007003B: An unexpected network error occurred”. It’s a nas problem, because I can transfer file fast and without any errors from PC to PC in the same network, and even from an old Zyxel nas. What can I do? Thank you

Make sure anti-virus, internet security, and other protection software must be disabled, as they may block the network.
Thank you, but, as I wrote, no problems with another nas (Zyxel) in the same network.
