I selected a “System Only Factory Reset” via dashboard and ended up with NONE of my shares and no data. Not a connectivity issue, not a mapping issue (I use Win 7 Ultimate (64bit), and I’ve restarted as well. The dashboard shows 2,9TB free as if I did a Full Restore (which I did not do) and there should be around 500GB available (so… around 2.4TB “gone”). It’s like this last reset simply decided to delete my shares and all my data (yeah I’m SURE I selected “System Only”). Default shares are still available though (empty as by default) but none of my personal shares or any data.
Is there any way at all of retrieving my data/shares, and if so, what?
No I do not have a backup, otherwise I wouldn’t be asking here.
