I really need help, I hope some of you could point me in the right direction. I have WD Discovery installed on macOS Monterrey (macOS 12.4). Right now I can access My Cloud Home with no problems to report and I normally work flawlessly. However, today I discovered there are several missing sub-folders on one of the folders in my file structure. I identified another missing folder from another folder and now I am panicking this could be a systemic problem. I rely on this for storing my work, the missing files are very important. I do not know what else to do apart from having a look around. The only think I notice is a number of files with gibberish names which seem to me have grown from a few to about 25 at the highest level in the file structure. I appreciate if you could please please give some pointers as to what is going on (why are files disappearing) and how can I recover those files. I will greatly appreciate your help!
