Many of my music folders seem to be empty! Just random ones have songs in them. I’m so annoyed and have spent hours trying to find a reason or solution and I’m going on holiday tomorrow (with a new sony music player with no music to play!)
It seems I’m not the only person to find that files randomly disappear but I’ve been unable to find a solution. Does anyone have any tips?
I’m using a Mac which I updated to Mojave a few weeks ago - I don’t know if that’s related?
Doesn’t seem to be much support from WD about this either. Completely unacceptable.
