Dear all,
I have big files zip (more than 10GB) that I need to transfer from/to myCloud.
I noticed I can transfer files up to 10 GB using the App My Cloud (drag & drop). I still do not know how to exceed this limit.
Thank you!

You’re going to be copying >10GB remotely??
I think what Tony is saying is that, if you’re accessing your device locally to your network (at home), don’t use the app; map the drive into your computer’s file system. Then you can simply use Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder to move/copy the files. Or a file manager app on iThing/Android.
See p23 of the User Manual
Thank you for the answer.
I am connected to MyCloud via ethernet switch. I am within my local network. I tried both cases:
via Windows Explorer but it immediately cannot transfer it because Windows gives the Error 0x800700DF (The file size exceeds the limit allowed). I read that the maximum limit is 4 GB only.
via the WD app: in this case drag & drop to my local folder starts the download with no error, but as soon as the dimension saved reach 10GB, the transfer stops.
Thank you for the support,

You used WD 2go to map the drive apparently…
You are right!
I used to map the folder via browser web. I did not noticed before that in Windows Explorer as the network path there was beyond the ip address also a www string.
I therefore map the network folder using WD Discovery (or doing manually) and the network path is now only the ip address. In this case the transfer of big files works perfectly.
Thank you very much!
