Can anyone tell me how you setup folder locking (Parental Control) which was introduced in version 2.05.08 of the WDTV LIVE HUB firmware? Would be good if the new features were added to the user guide…
Go to Setup and System, you will find Device locking or something like that. Then choose a default folder which you want lock always. Before that it will ask you to set a password for locking. You can put your files under this locked folder. Also you can lock services (you tube, face book) using this feature.
I locked a folder and now I can’t unlock it. How do you clear that setting? I don’t want any folders locked because now that it IS locked no matter how I set up the security I can’t see the folder on my NETWORK!! Even when folder locking is disabled or set to off that particular folder won’t show up on my network!!
