Folder sync across 2 different mycloud devices in different locations

Hi all.

ok, so I have a mycloud mirror gen2 at home, and an EX2 at work.

What I’d really like to do is have a folder on both devices that synchronises so I can get files and work on them at home. Is that possible with 2 different devices?

I’ve read the manuals and it ‘looks’ like its possible, but to be fair I need much more assistance than a few lines in the manual.

Is there anyone that has done this, and what are the steps required?

Any assistance is gratefully received.

You can probably do this with daemonized rsync. Both devices have the commandlet installed by default, but getting the whole thing to run the way you want could be tricky.

How comfortable are you with linux command line?
