Hi there I have the WD Cloud 4TB and a oneplus 5T. The phone has the WD cloud folders but when I open specific folders in the WD cloud to local cloud they do not match the drive. Is there a setting on the hard drive dash or on the phone menu that requires setting up. Thanks Awais

What shows on my Samsung Galaxy S7 for my My Cloud is what I have chosen to put in the shares that I have on it. I have my Horace Share and then there is the Public Share. I don’t have a lot in the Public Share but I do in Horace however it only has what I want in it to be able to view away from home.
My computers and phone are backed up using SmartWare and that does not show on the phone app.
Hey there. Figured out that the folders in the phone, oneplus 5t, show files that I have downloaded from the cloud and not the actual folder on the cloud. Mystery solved… Thanks for replying… Regards Awais…
