It is telling you that you have some bad sectors.

does this mean the disk is bad? Maybe, maybe not. Pretty much all mechanical drives have reserved sectors on a special track that the drive’s controller will re-map, should a write operation to a failing sector occur. Defects from the factory are not uncommon. Now, if LOTS of sectors have been remapped, the drive will report a bad SMART status, because number of reallocated sectors is one of the things it keeps track of.
