Has WD support gotten this bad?

I have had an open case for months- it was elevated and escalated then my contact '***** ’ just vanished. No replies to emails etc. I opened another case and '***** ’ said it was going back to '***** '- and still no replies from either of them. ***** was in the process of getting me an RMA and possibly sending a newer unit that will actually run ElephantDrive without locking up or freezing.

Is this what WD has become? Really?
