Hi you would only find out if you phone them. Or you could ask your questions here you never know someone may be able to help you.
I opened a support case 25.01.2014, still no answer. Seems equal to No support.
Exactly the same on my case, i opened a support case on the 07/02/2014, no anser to this date what so ever. I think they are trying to put people away from WD. And to be honest is working.
I just got an e-mail from a WD representative. But not via the WD support system, it came only to my register e-mail. Just an update.
Same here, I received an answer to my support request yesterday, finally.
