Having more problems with WD Photos

Hi folks, I have a iPhone and an android tablet running WD Photos.

  1. First off both at home seem to work but don’t update to new photos. I have to reconnect. Is this just the way it is or should it update?

  2. While out on iPhone I often but not always get the message:

The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1200)

This can happen when I go into a folder or if I get past this stage it happens when I select a photo.

I have reinstalling the app.

Any ideas?

Hi, if you have a My Book Live, from the dashboard you have the option to go to the media tab and select the option to rescan the Media Library. Check below for the steps.

Thanks I will try that.

Is that just to help with it not updating? Or might it help with the error code, that’s what I’m mostly worried about.
