I am getting this error message with both my ipad and iPhone. I’ve set up the mybook live and used the remote access with my ipad and iphone yesterday afternoon. It worked great both uploading pictures, downloading pictures and even streaming video and music with WD2GO and WD Photos. Today It doesn’t seem to connect when trying to access these same files I used yesterday. This (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1200.) keeps coming up when I try to upload photos to WD Photos app. When trying to listen to music and look at pictures, it just says “Unable to play this media file” or the status bar just continues to spin. I just checked and the firmware is up to date. Internet access is good and network mode is set to DHCP. I was going to try setting up Static IP, but didn’t know what to enter in Netmask. Please help me figure out this problem soon. Thanks.
Hi, for the Netmask you can use 255.255.255.0, if setting a static IP doesn’t work then you can try resetting the router and the my book, if that doesn’t help, then backup all the my book files and do a factory restore from the dashboard.
