Tech support sent me a new EX2. They told me to drag and drop the files off my old EX2 onto my new one. 1 Terabyte worth. Doesnt work. Units chug away at sending and receiving the files but eventually faults out saying some stupid “.wdmc file already exists” and halts the transfer. Then eventually the drives time out and you have to start all over. Please help!
