im getting a messagev asking for user name and password,i’ve left tyhe default setting but it keeps coming back to trhe same message help please…
Do you mean that it immediately comes back to the same message or when you try to connect again later. If its later then you did not tick the box to make it remember the setting.
no this is a new setup,cant conect to the network without the username/password
Can’t connect to the NETWORK without a username / password? That doesn’t make sense… The WD’s don’t have NETWORK log-in.
